Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya.Reno is really loud during the day- jack hammers from early morning but doesn't really effect you if your in the pool or out and about. Good lively vibe around the pool for those who like a drink at the pool bar, however not so cheap in compare to bars
down beach road. Upgrade to club room not worth the money, down graded the second night to a seaview deluxe, half the price for a similar room.
